BEL Recruitment 2026 Overview

BEL is recruiting professionals for its Engineering Services Division of Bengaluru Complex through Advertisement No. 383/ES/DM/SE/REC/2025-26 dated 08 April 2026. The recruitment covers Deputy Manager and Senior Engineer roles in specific engineering disciplines.

The notification includes permanent posts as well as one fixed tenure post. The official advertisement states that all notified vacancies are backlog vacancies.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold the qualification prescribed for the relevant post from AICTE-approved colleges or institutes, or from a recognized university.

General and OBC (NCL) candidates must have First Class in the qualifying degree. SC and PwBD candidates are eligible with Pass Class where applicable under the advertisement. Candidates whose degree discipline does not match the prescribed discipline will not be considered.

Experience Requirement

The advertisement also outlines role-specific experience expectations. For example, the Architect post requires experience in architectural design, multidisciplinary infrastructure coordination, green building concepts, and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit. Pay Scale and Application Fee

The advertisement mentions an approximate annual CTC of around Rs. 19 lakh for Deputy Manager and around Rs. 15 lakh for Senior Engineer, along with allowances and benefits as per company rules.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a written test followed by interview.

• Candidates who meet the eligibility conditions will be shortlisted for the written test.
• Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the respective category.
• The minimum qualifying marks are 35% for UR and OBC candidates, and 30% for SC and PwBD candidates, separately in both written test and interview.
• Interview shortlisting will be in the ratio of 1:7 based on written test performance.
• The final selection weightage is 85 marks for the written test and 15 marks for the interview.

The written test venue is Bengaluru only. The date and time will be communicated later through admit card sent by e-mail.

2. Fill the application form carefully for the relevant job code.
3. Pay the application fee through SBI Collect, if applicable, and note the SBI Collect Reference Number in the form.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents.
5. Send the application by post to the address given in the notification.
6. Super scribe the envelope exactly as instructed for the post applied.

Applications that are incomplete, not in the prescribed format, not legible, or submitted without required enclosures are liable to be rejected.
