• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with first class in Electronics, Electricals, Electronics and Communications, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Technology; or first-class MCA; or first-class M.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Electronics, Applied Electronics, or Information Technology, along with 17 years of experience.
• OR first-class M.Tech. or M.E. in Electronics, Electricals, Electronics and Communications, Telecommunications, or Computer Science, along with 15 years of experience.
• OR Ph.D. in Science or Engineering in the relevant disciplines or inter-disciplines along with the qualification covered under the above routes, with 12 years of experience.
• Candidates who hold the qualification under the bachelor's or master's engineering route and also have an MBA or Degree in Law are eligible for 2 years' relaxation in experience.

Age Limit and Recruitment Mode

The notice separates the age limit based on the mode of recruitment.

Age is to be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of online applications, that is 25 May 2026. Relaxation for eligible categories is to be given as per prevailing Government of India instructions.
