For Assistant Manager (Finance), the required qualification is CA or ICWA. In addition, the candidate must have at least 1 year of post-qualification work experience.

The experience should be in areas such as infrastructure or procurement project accounting, finalization of accounts, compilation, tendering, taxation, vetting of supplier or contractor bills, and handling LCs or bank release orders related to import or export accounting.

This is the most qualification-specific post in the notification, so candidates with a commerce background but without CA or ICWA should not assume eligibility.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (FMD)

For Deputy Manager (FMD), candidates can apply with either a graduate degree in Engineering, Hospitality, Hospital Management or Hotel Management, or a 3-year diploma post 10+2 in the same broad fields.

The experience requirement is different for degree and diploma holders. Degree holders need at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, while diploma holders need at least 5 years. The experience should be in managing soft services or administration in a multispecialty hospital, MNC, 3-star hotel or facility management organization.

If you have only a related educational background but your experience is not tied to service administration or facility operations, this post may not fit your profile.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (BMEM)

The Deputy Manager (BMEM) post requires B.E. or B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics and Instrumentation.

The candidate must also have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience within a Biomedical Engineering Department of a hospital or medical institution. The experience should involve maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing biomedical equipment, managing maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

This requirement is specific to hospital or medical institution exposure, so general electronics experience by itself may not be enough.

Age Limit and Pay Scale

The upper age limit is calculated as on 28 February 2026. In addition to the basic pay, the notification states that regular appointees are entitled to IDA, HRA or lease accommodation, perquisites, medical benefits, performance related pay and other benefits such as EPF, gratuity and leave encashment as per rules.

• Selected candidates will be on probation as per company rules.
• Posting can be at any HITES office or project across India, and the notice also mentions possible overseas locations at management discretion.
• Reservation and age relaxation are as per Government of India rules.
• Articleship, internship, training, dissertation and self-employment during professional courses will not be counted as post-qualification experience.
