Indian Overseas Bank LBO Scorecard 2026 Status

The score-related update for Indian Overseas Bank Local Bank Officer recruitment is officially available. The bank released the provisionally selected list on 24 December 2025 and then published the cut-off and marks notification on 16 April 2026.

The official notice says candidates can view their marks through the activated link from 16 April 2026 to 30 April 2026. Candidates who only attended the online examination can view their online examination marks out of 200. Candidates who attended the interview can view both their examination marks and their aggregate marks out of 100.

What Was Actually Released by IOB

IOB has released two different result-stage documents for LBO recruitment, and candidates often mix them up.

• The provisionally selected list is a PDF notice dated 24 December 2025.
• The annexure attached with that notice contains the state-wise roll numbers of provisionally selected candidates.
• The cut-off and marks notice dated 16 April 2026 gives state-wise cut-off details and explains how candidates can view their marks.

So the merit list is a PDF document, but the scorecard or marks are not displayed as a public list on the careers page. They are accessed through the official marks viewing link enabled by the bank for a limited period.

How to Check the IOB LBO Scorecard 2026

1. Visit the official Indian Overseas Bank careers page.
2. Open the Local Bank Officer 2025-26 section under Recruitment 2025-26.
3. Click the notice titled cut-off details and view of marks.
4. Use the marks viewing link activated by the bank.
5. Log in with your recruitment credentials.
6. Check your online examination marks, or if you attended interview, check both exam marks and aggregate marks.
7. Download or save the displayed score details for your records.

The marks link was notified as live from 16 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, so candidates should use the window announced by the bank instead of waiting for a separate email copy.

What the Merit List PDF Contains

The annexure attached to the provisionally selected list is the merit list style PDF for this recruitment stage. It contains state-wise roll numbers of candidates who are provisionally selected as Local Bank Officers in Indian Overseas Bank.

The annexure is arranged state-wise, and the selected list is not shown as marks. It is a roll-number-based selection document. Candidates should therefore use the annexure PDF to confirm selection status and the marks view link to check their score details.

The selected list is provisional. The bank has clearly stated that appointment will happen only after submission and verification of the required documents mentioned in the advertisement.

State-Wise Online Examination Cut-Off Marks

IOB published the state-wise and category-wise cut-offs applied on the online examination total of 200 marks.

The same notice also gives PwBD cut-off details state-wise and says candidates had to clear the required minimum cut-off in each category.

Aggregate Cut-Off After Interview

For candidates who reached the interview stage, IOB also published state-wise and category-wise cut-offs on total aggregate marks out of 100.

The bank has also stated that if two candidates get the same mark, the older candidate, based on date of birth, is selected.

Eligibility, Exam Pattern and Selection Process

The official LBO advertisement states that the minimum educational qualification is a degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. The age limit in the notification was 20 to 30 years as on the notified cut-off date.

The selection process had three stages:

Vacancy Structure and What Selected Candidates Should Do Next

The original advertisement notified 400 Local Bank Officer vacancies across six states. Later, in the provisionally selected list notice dated 24 December 2025, the bank revised Tamil Nadu vacancies from 260 to 320 while keeping the vacancies of the other five states unchanged.

The recruitment advertisement also made it clear that merit would be drawn state-wise and category-wise, and selected candidates would be posted in the applied state only. Local language proficiency was a mandatory part of the process unless exempted under the conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
