Eligibility Criteria

The recruitment is open to citizens of India who meet the post-specific academic and council registration requirements.

For Junior Specialist (Allopathy), the candidate must have a recognized medical qualification included in the First or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, other than licentiate qualification. In addition, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in the concerned specialty mentioned in Schedule VI of the Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules, 2000, or an equivalent qualification. The candidate must also be registered with the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council.

For Junior Dental Specialist, the candidate must hold a dental qualification included in Part-I or Part-III of the Schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948, along with a postgraduate degree in the concerned specialty as prescribed in Schedule VI or equivalent of the Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules, 2000. The candidate must be registered with the Arunachal Pradesh Dental Council.

The notification also states that the Government of Arunachal Pradesh has granted a one-time relaxation of the experience condition under the relevant Health Service Rules.
