Project Assistant-II requires B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Botany, or Marine Biology.

Salary and pay levels

The higher Project Associate-I and Project Associate-II pay band is linked to national eligibility tests or equivalent examinations listed in the official notice. Candidates who do not fall in that category are still eligible where the post allows, but at the lower pay band.
