Recruitment overview

NHDC has invited applications for regular employment basis under Advertisement No. NHDC/HR/DR/26/2 dated 18 April 2026. The recruitment covers 7 vacancies in Finance & Accounts and Commercial functions.

The corporation has clarified that these positions are for its offices located across India, and selected candidates may be posted or transferred anywhere in India. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

Important dates

Candidates should track three deadlines in this recruitment: the online application opening date, the closing date for the form, and the final date by which the signed hard copy with documents must reach NHDC.

Waiting until the last day is risky here because the process has two stages: online submission and physical dispatch of the signed application with supporting papers.

Post-wise eligibility and experience

The eligibility criteria are different for each post. Candidates should match both educational qualification and post-qualification experience before applying.

For commercial posts, working knowledge of computers, MS Office and internet use is preferred. For some commercial roles, MBA in Marketing is mentioned as desirable.

Age limit and relaxation

The upper age limit is post-wise and must be checked against the cutoff date of 31 March 2026.

Reservation and age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PWD, EWS and Ex-Servicemen will be as per Government of India directives. Internal candidates working in the next lower scale may get 5 years of age relaxation, but this benefit applies only if they have been in NHDC service for the last 3 years.

OBC candidates should keep a recent non-creamy layer certificate ready. The notification states that it should not be older than 6 months as on the date of advertisement.

Pay scale and approximate salary

The notification provides both the pay scale and the approximate gross monthly pay at the minimum of the basic pay. Other admissible benefits are also available as per corporation rules.

NHDC has also mentioned fringe benefits such as medical reimbursement, gratuity, leave encashment and conveyance loan, subject to its rules.

Selection process

Selection will be through Personal Interview, Written Test and Group Discussion, as applicable. NHDC has not stated that every stage will apply identically for every post, so candidates should read interview or test communication carefully if shortlisted.

The official venue mentioned for the selection process is NHDC Limited, Registered and Corporate Office, Noida. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by email only.

NHDC has also stated that merely meeting the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee being called. If a large number of applications are received, the corporation may shortlist candidates on merit and may call up to 10 applicants per vacancy.

Application fee

The application fee is Rs. 500. Payment has to be made online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI during the application window.

No fee is payable by SC, ST, PWD and internal candidates. The notification also makes two things clear: applications without the prescribed fee will be rejected where fee is applicable, and the fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for any other recruitment.

How to apply

1. Visit the NHDC career page during the application window.
2. Read the detailed notification carefully and choose the single post you want to apply for. NHDC allows application against one post only.
3. Fill the online application form with correct personal, educational, category, experience and pay details.
4. Upload the required scanned documents, photograph and signature.
5. Pay the fee online if it is applicable to your category.
6. Submit the application and keep a printout with the unique registration number for reference.
7. Sign the printed application form and send it by post with self-attested supporting documents so that it reaches NHDC by 18 May 2026, 18:00 HRS.

Applications submitted by any mode other than the notified online process will not be accepted.

Documents required

Candidates should keep all supporting documents ready before starting the form. The notification requires self-attested scanned copies of educational, experience and salary certificates to be uploaded during the online application itself.

• Latest colour passport-size photograph in jpg or png format, up to 5 MB
• Scanned signature on white paper with black ink pen in jpg or png format, up to 5 MB
• Caste certificate, where applicable
• Proof of age
• Educational qualification certificates
• Experience or service documents
• Pay or salary proof

For the hard-copy stage, the signed printout of the online application must be sent with self-attested copies of documents related to age, caste, qualification, experience and pay or salary.

Hard copy address and key service conditions

The signed hard copy of the online application along with self-attested documents must reach the following address on or before 18 May 2026, 18:00 HRS:

Selected candidates will be appointed on regular basis and placed on probation for one year from the date of joining. Candidates working with Central Government, State Government or PSUs may apply directly, but they must produce a No Objection Certificate at the time of selection. Candidates called for interview from outside station are eligible for to-and-fro train fare by shortest route on production of proof of journey, limited to AC 3-tier.

NHDC also states that final selection remains subject to verification of character, antecedents, documents and medical fitness.
